The Edsel & Eleanor Ford House is a must visit gem in Detroit. The grounds are absolutely stunning and well tended, which is why it makes it the perfect location for a dreamy family photo shoot.
I met the Qeraj family there to capture them for their first portraits as a family of three! As with so many parents, they hadn’t had photos yet because of Covid, so we certainly embraced the perfect evening. We walked around the Ford House, the garden and the water - we couldn’t pick one favorite there! Add in the magical golden hour light…
Baby Elias is six months old and as chill as can be. Being cuddled and just looking around made him happy (and actually, at the end of the evening he just passed out in his daddy’s arms!). As a matter of fact, one of the last photo collages is of just of him and all his sweet expressions - they are some of my favorite!
