Calvin Klein Maternity Pictures in Rochester Hills, Michigan
Maternity photography isn't just about capturing a moment; it's about the beauty, strength, and joy of pregnancy. Recently, I had the privilege of photographing my client for a stunning in-studio maternity session near Rochester Hills, Michigan. This mama’s inspiration for her maternity pictures came from the iconic Calvin Klein aesthetic.
When we got together to plan Stephanie’s maternity photo shoot, she mentioned she really wanted a Calvin Klein maternity session at the photography studio. With this in mind, we knew we wanted to capture the minimalist and timeless approach to her pregnancy pictures.
With clean lines, soft lighting, and a focus on natural beauty, the Calvin Klein aesthetic with the grey Calvin Klein bra and jeans worked perfectly for her portraits.
And let’s give props to my gorgeous client, too! She was a natural with her facial expressions and movements for the photos, which really delivered the look we were going for.
Can we take a moment to note that couples photos in studio can be natural, intimate and timeless? Typically when I talk with new clients, they’re a bit apprehensive about in-studio photos because they feel awkward in front of the camera. Let me be the first to say, it shouldn’t be like this! Your photographer will give you posing and prompts achieve stellar portraits that you’ll love. Don’t shy away from the studio photos; they’re often the portraits that are the most timeless.

In our Calvin Klein inspired maternity photoshoot, the studio served as a blank canvas, allowing the us to experiment with different poses, angles, and lighting techniques. Every shot was meticulously crafted with the clean and simple aesthetic in mind for these parents-to-be. I think we nailed it!
